Super handy heat packs.. I mean you can never have too many. 

They can be used for cramps, aches & pains, muscle soreness and more.

Heat packs are filled with Lupin beans (they are a legume). 
Lupin beans used are 100% Australian grown and chemical free. 
The beauty of them is that when heated they have very low odour, they retain heat longer, are lightweight and don’t sweat when heated. 

These can also be used as a cool pack *place inside a sealed/zip lock bag and store in freezer*

Available in different sizes, and tons of gorgeous fabric designs to pick from. 

Handcrafted in Melbourne ~ made from Cotton Canvas for durability (pattern placement may vary)
